Richard Kilpatrick said: "The Liberal Democrats are campaigning to Stop Brexit. What is being pushed forwards by Boris Johnson will be economically disasterous for Britain and risks the break up of the United Kingdom. Nobody is even sure what the Labour Party stands for on Brexit."

Gareth Lloyd-Johnson said: "People of Bury deserve better representation in Parliament. Liberal Democrats are standing up for strong, properly funded health and education services and for urgent action to tackle the climate change emergency."
